Customers are becoming more empowered, demanding, informed and discerning. Technology, data and digital advancements continue to accelerate the options that need to be considered. Social media requires us to think and act quickly and responsibly. We have a perfect storm for organisations to find the best ways to design/redesign how they deliver outstanding customer experience. 84% of leaders of product and service businesses say that consumer experience is in their top three priorities, if not their #1 priority. Less than 20% possess the plans and capabilities to delivering the desired customer outcomes. When we look at leading customer-focused organisations they display a set of core CX capabilities.

The presentation will outline these capabilities and show how organisations, whether at the beginning of the journey or in progress, identify, assess and build the capabilities required in their organisation.
