After hearing some real-life examples of executive and employee storytelling, we'll break into smaller groups to share how you have used or would like to use story telling in your organization and the challenges and opportunities this brings to you as a CX professional. We'll use the power of our community to discuss additional ways to share your message and make a lasting impression.
