Please join the CXPA London Local Networking team for a best practice sharing in an industry which is likely less well known to CXPA members (Paint Manufacturing). Ali Lawrie is responsible for Customer Experience at the manufacturing company Akzo Nobel, the owners of brands such as Deluxe Paints. Ali will share an overview of how Akzo Nobel have commenced a programme of work to understand their customers better and to start improving and managing customer experience throughout the various journeys.
In addition to Ali’s case study we will be hosting a round table discussion and Q&A session to cement the take-out learnings from the session.
