Laurent Ghio has over 20 years of strong expertise in Customer Communication Management with both technical (master degree in Computer Science) and business (MBA) competencies. He’s been working for Sefas, Neopost Group and GMC. He played a major role in GMC acquisition in terms of vision and software strategy for Neopost group. Today, he’s in charge of the SaaS vision and strategy for GMC while working on building strong synergies between software entities both at an operational and strategic level. He’s a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association CXPA, and is CCXP certified.
