The CXPA Boston Network is evolving CX Day into CX Month with The Power of Storytelling by leveraging the insights of three of the world’s foremost CX experts, each of whom will share different aspects of this critically important topic.
On CX Day (October 6) Bruce Temkin will present that storytelling is a cornerstone to CX success. Stories help people better understand essential themes, recognize opportunities for improvement, and inspire them to take the necessary actions to drive enhanced customer experiences. During our CX Day presentation on October 6th, CXPA co-founder and CX emeritus chair Bruce Temkin will share the lessons that he’s learned about storytelling and explain how it has been a critical component to his professional success. Bruce will discuss how an engineer who started his career designing missile systems learned to embrace the power of storytelling in the world of CX.
The Power of Storytelling series will continue on 10/13 with Simon Fraser from InMoment and 10/20 with Cinny Little from Forrester Research. Each will tackle a different key element of storytelling and share how it helps elevate the impact of the narrative.
