Some of you may have attended one or more of the three CXPA Boston CX Day events on the topic of storytelling that began on Tuesday October 6th and where three subject matter experts addressed the topic from their own unique perspective.
This is now our turn to have some informal and casual dialog about storytelling and how we are using it or planning to use it within our respective CX roles. We’ll discuss some of the key takeaways from the three CXPA Boston events that you found particularly new and applicable in your work either as a CX practitioner, a vendor, or a consultant.
