We are living in a key moment of social and cultural change. Companies are trying to understand how best to respond with a focus on creating a better world. As customer experience (CX) is about creating movements for cultural change within organizations, as well as giving customers a voice, CX professionals play a central role in this moment.
How can we design programs to create more humanistic and just relationships between organizations, employees, and customers? How can and should companies respond, and what can CX professionals do to influence this conversation? How can CX do a better job to identify where companies go wrong, and what can be done to make it right?
Our panelists, representing some of the best minds in CX today, all feel a close connection to this topic and will discuss how you—no matter where you are in the organization or the world—can take steps to advance racial equity within your team and organization for the customers you serve. Bring your most pressing questions and don’t be shy—your question could likely help someone else and you can ask anonymously. You’ll also have an opportunity to submit questions in advance upon registration. Or, feel free to sit back, listen, and learn. Embracing our discomfort, starting conversations and addressing tough questions will help the global CX community move forward and collectively do better. All are welcome and encouraged to attend, whether you work in CX, work in something else related to the human experience, or simply are a human.
