Join a fun group of customer experience professionals for breakfast and to network and talk shop. Those new to CX, or simply wanting to learn, are welcome to join us as well.

This event is informal and informative. Meet fellow CX professionals to discuss tools and techniques, conferences, articles, experts, careers, what you're working on, and take home some great ideas!

We'll start at 7:30am with casual networking and officially wrap up at 9:00am, but everyone is welcome to continue conversations on their own.

Everyone picks up their own tab for any beverages or food. Black Walnut Cafe is a counter-service cafe, so you're welcome to order coffee and/or food at your convenience.
