Our Coffee Chats are designed to be participant led vs. speaker driven. For our November meeting we'd like to take it a step further and make it just about meeting and sharing insights with other customer experience folks.

Our plan is to break up into small groups and share our answers to the following:

1) Who am I and what do I do?

2) What's my ask? - What sort of help or advice would I like from the group?

3) What's my give? - What guidance or help can I offer?
