Belinda Dimovski - With over 20 years of experience in leading customer experience, operations, and digital transformation across diverse industries, Belinda is a passionate and strategic leader who looks to delivers value and impact for clients and stakeholders. She is currently Principal Director and Marketing Transformation Function Lead at Accenture Song helping organisations become the next and best versions of themselves by leveraging technology and human ingenuity.
Belinda’s expertise spans telecommunications Optus, pharmaceutical Pfizer, health and wellness Weight Watchers, and not-for-profit Australian Red Cross with a focus on customer-centricity, data science, and digital products. She is also a board member, keynote speaker, Telstra Business Women’s Award finalist 2020, a CMO50 (Top 50 most effective Australian marketers) for 2021 and celebrated Customer Experience Team of the Year 2021 (CX Awards).
Aileen Day - Aileen Day is a globally recognised certified customer experience professional (CCXP) and academic. Having worked from the ground up in some of Australia's most trusted brands (Coles/Bunnings/Officeworks), Aileen now works with organisations around the world advising them on how to strategically design their very own trusted and value driven brand. Using the pillars of customer, employee and human experience, Aileen refers to this as 'The Joy of CEHX ', Aileen educates and shares her knowledge on how businesses no matter the industry can help themselves best utilise technology, systems thinking, human centred design and the disciplines of customer experience to create engaged teams, increase bottom line returns, deliver a competitive edge over the competition and above all, trust and loyalty from their customers and employees.
Aileen is engaging, candid and loves energising her audience (great for an after lunch or end of day keynote). With her experience and knowledge in the field of CX, Aileen believes that Australian business needs that Mum like shove into understanding their part in innovative business and how technology, CX and caring about the human is the best way to re-strengthen our economy.
Ian Stokol - With over 25 years of experience in CX and digital product design and development, Ian has worked directly with customers, stakeholders, designers, and engineers to inform and guide outstanding products and services. Throughout his 43-year career, Ian has focused on maturing organisational design and delivery capabilities and has been recognised for his ability to deliver both simple and complex, short and long-term transformational initiatives. As a CCXP, a CXPA mentor and Oceania Regional Council Chair, a design league coach at the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), Ian is also a student of behavioural economics, complex systems, and organisational design.
