Simon has designed groundbreaking customer experience strategies at InMoment for almost a decade. Prior to joining the company, Simon consulted on a portfolio of major brands, including Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble, at Nielsen and GFK/NOP. Simon’s decades of experience in helping businesses make better sense of their customers to drive performance improvement needs make him a key strategist.
The Power of Storytelling series which starts with Bruce Temkin on 10/6 will conclude on 10/20 with Cinny Little from Forrester Research. Each will tackle a different key element of storytelling and share how it helps elevate the impact of the narrative.
