Join other customer experience professionals for breakfast and lively discussion on a variety of CX topics.
Our events are informal and informative. We meet monthly at 8:30 am and discuss a different CX topic each month until about 9:45. Some stay to chat, but we typically wrap up by 10:00 am. Everyone picks up their own tab for breakfast.
SEPTEMBER TOPIC: Celebrating our customers
More and more companies are planning events to increase understanding, empathy, and enthusiasm for their customers. Such events put additional focus on the importance of customer relationships and increase employee engagement, ultimately resulting in better customer experiences. A timely topic - just in time for CX Day (October 1) when many companies host such events.
