This full-day conference is the largest CX event in Atlanta and features 20+ speakers and presenters from leading Atlanta based brands including Chick-fil-A, The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, Delta and more.

CX Talks isn't a traditional conference, but rather a one day peer-to-peer gathering where we can learn from each other and share ideas to improve customer experiences. CX Talks is designed as a one-day regional, high value alternative to traditional conferences at a low cost. No need for expensive travel or taking multiple days off work. Our goal is to provide a forum for locals to meet other professionals from different industries and CX/UX disciplines.
