This event will bring together people who are passionate and excited about Customer Experience here in Brussels. If you are interested in CX and want to learn more then this event is for you. CX is a battle and we are here to win it. We will discuss, debate and learn together. The focus of this 1st meeting will be to Define Customer Experience and all the main concepts that go along with it. Be prepared for a nice evening, be prepared to be inspired, and be prepared to network and share your experiences like never before. Very exciting and tasty snacks will be provided, as well as some nice drinks. A contribution of 20€ will be requested to attendees. Exact location will be revealed nearer the time (its a suprise ).
