About our host:

Wally Thiessen is Senior Manager, Customer Success for SAS Institute (Canada) Inc.

He manages a team of Customer Success (CS) professionals at SAS Canada that have achieved NPS scores 49% higher for CS supported accounts than non-supported accounts. This has been accomplished through programs designed to actively engage SAS’ key customers.

With over 30 years in the IT industry, he’s managed and often developed programs in Customer Marketing, Academic Development and Sales.
