CEM Day 2023

CEM Day 2023 is a full day CX event celebrating the CX Day with presentations covering several areas of CX development (B2B, B2C, public sector, CX measurement, digital & AI etc.). Participants can purchase a ticket either to a live event (at Crowne Plaza Helsinki) or to a livestream and both options include good  networking opportunities in the Howspace platform. Presentations are in Finnish and a link to the recording will be available afterwards for the participants.
