He has spent 5 years at Medallia working across industries and feedback channels to help organizations get the most out of what they hear from their customers and employees on a daily basis. Filippo has expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistical modeling techniques, goal setting, survey optimization, and CX initiative testing.

Roshni is a leader in Medallia’s Strategy Analytics team. She works with retail, restaurant & grocery, and high-tech clients to uncover data-driven insights using feedback & operational data to enable clients to define their customer & employee experience strategy. Prior to Medallia, Roshni was a strategy consultant for over seven years where she led digital customer experience engagements for clients in high-tech, telecom and retail sectors. Roshni is a certified customer experience professional (CCXP). She has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS from Stanford University and a BS from Georgia Tech.
