Our events are informal and informative. We meet monthly at 8:30 am and discuss a different CX topic each month until about 9:45. Some stay to chat, but we typically wrap up by 10:00 am. Everyone picks up their own tab for breakfast.

Internal conflict, CX strategy, competing priorities, and accessing data - these were the top four obstacles to CX success that our group identified at our last breakfast. Join us as we dig deeper into these issues to share what we’ve tried, what’s worked and what hasn’t worked.
We’ll also review the changing landscape of CX to clarify how it overlaps with customer relationship management (CRM), customer success management (CSM), user experience (UX), and any number of customer-related disciplines.
