After the great success of our first event the Sydney Networking Team is excited to announce the next event on Tuesday 1st May, from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. With the support of Bupa we have been given the privilege of holding it in their Xlab. A short panel discussion of local CX leaders will be followed by drinks and a chance to meet peer CX professionals.

Creating a great customer experience means achieving a very delicate balance: your organisation needs clear focus and strong operational discipline, combined with enough flexibility to allow intelligent and genuinely responsive customer interactions. How do you ensure alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints, while still empowering the organisation to bring humanity and creativity to every customer interaction?
