It’s hard to get the customer experience right in your own language, but for global enterprises, the challenge is exacerbated by having to get multilingual customer support right across many markets.
Language plays a vital role in the customer journey and can have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.
Providing immediate and ongoing multichannel support and interaction with your brand, in the customer’s own language, is increasingly essential in today’s fiercely competitive global markets.
