May 2022 CXPA Rochester Network Meeting - Register today!

For those that attended the April 2022 meeting, you know this was our first meeting in over 2 years! But despite the time away, we had nearly 20 CX professionals register from 12 different companies with 16 in attendance. During the first meeting, we got reacquainted with CXPA at the National level and what the aspirations and interests were at the local. The event concluded with a survey to formally gather preferences for re-structuring our Rochester Network, as well as opportunities for attendees to raise their hand to volunteer and host in-person events.

At our meeting in May, we will unpack what we learned from the Rochester Network survey and introduce our new Co-Lead for the Network. We also plan to share some educational content, break the ice, and create opportunities for member-to-member networking! We hope to see you there!

NOTE: due to the recent wave of COVID infections, the May meeting will be virtual, but we hope we can provide an in-person/hybrid option soon.
