Join us Tuesday, August 31st from 9-10:30am to discuss topics surrounding the strategy, execution, and activation of Customer Experience across different organizations.
Participants will have the opportunity to jump into one of three breakouts to share their experiences and learn more about the topic of their choice. The dialogue will be facilitated but driven by what matters to you, the participants.
Three breakout sessions are:
Structure, Approach, and Strategy
Discuss and share your team’s approach to client experience, how does it tie into the goals of your organization as a whole?
Understanding Voice of the Customer
Discuss and share your team’s approach to collect and align outside research, data insights, and customer feedback to tell a customer story.
Activation
Discuss and share how your team activates on the customer feedback and insights learned. How do you close the loop with customer feedback? How has the feedback impacted your company?
