One of the primary responsibilities of a CX professional is to influence change. One of the ways we can help influence stakeholders and frontline associates is by tuning into what an individual’s nonverbal communication tells us.

This discussion will help you decode nonverbal cues in those who you engage with in your professional environment. It will also provide you valuable insights into your own nonverbal communication. Sometimes when we say nothing, we communicate so much.
