Coffee chats are informal gatherings of customer experience (CX) practitioners and service providers. For this first session of the year we're going to talk about goals for growing your CX program and the challenges and opportunities that your goals present.
We'll address such questions as:
- What has helped you to grow your CX program?
- Do you have the internal champions and level of support you need to be successful? If yes, how did that come about? If no, what help could you use?
- If you could, what would you have done differently? What advice would you offer to someone just starting in the field or just launching a CX initiative?
