The Columbus CXPA is delighted to welcome Adam Rudder, CEO of Improv4Companies. Adam will facilitate a fun, customized version of his highly acclaimed virtual workshop for 20 lucky participants, who will learn ways to use improv techniques to enhance their leadership, communication, and team engagement skills.
Given how the nature of work has been upended, many CX professionals want to know how they can best stay engaged with their teams, expand their collaborative efforts across functional and departmental lines, and continue to facilitate the impactful communication that’s so important for driving customer-centric change in their organizations. Other CX pros are facing a job or career change and are looking for better ways to connect and stand out in this new virtual environment.
Through engaging with the CXPA nationally and locally, Adam has designed a workshop to address these needs in an experiential, engaging way which “teaches participants to get out of their own way, to reframe their relationships with their thoughts and ideas and to embrace their fears of making mistakes.” It provides powerful methods to think outside the box, communicate, listen, and most of all, TRUST ourselves.
