Description

The Switzerland CXPA Local Networking Team invites you to join us for a celebration of CX Day. We will have the pleasure to host two amazing speakers:

• Eva Krüger, Head of Customer Experience UND Touchpoint Management at SBB, who will give us an insider view of customer experience at SBB and present the pilot SBB Go, an App that permits real-time tracking of customer touch-points.
• Evangelos Xevelonakis, Consultant and Professor at HWZ for CRM, who will show the added value of putting together the effects of social influence and customer referral value in Loyalty Management.

After those two interesting keynotes, Michael Grund, Director of the Center for Marketing at HWZ and Giuseppe De Vincenti, Managing Partner at Nexa, will then present the first results of the “Swiss CX Study”, a joint project that aims to take a deeper look into the actual situation of customer experience in Switzerland.

At the end, the CXPA Switzerland invites all participants to stay for some refreshments and to exchange with fellow CX experts in the HWZ lounge on the 4^th floor.
