Design-Integration for Exceeding Customer Expectations

Organizations are on the hook to create new customer experiences that fit with the technology dependent world in which we live. As companies compete vigorously to innovate and enhance the customer experience, new research shows that design is more important than ever.

Companies must ensure their systems build trust and deliver value in a consistent and reliable way that will encourage consumers to keep returning. The key to that success lies in designing apps, products, systems, and information technologies around the needs of the users, by following a human-centered design process.

Attendees will take away 6 great practices to build digital products that win. They’ll also learn how to:

  • Align design, business, and technology functions to commit to a profound and powerful transformation that can leapfrog their company into a winning position
  • Increase efficiency, reduce costs, and produce more consistent and better design
  • Build capabilities that enable their firms to design in a repeatable, standardized, and sustainable way
