We celebrate CX Day once a year to draw attention to our beautiful profession of customer experience management and its importance for customers and organizations. On this special day, Wolters Kluwer will take us along there own story how their internal (international) CX Day initiatives have contributed to a customer centric culture.
They adopted CX practices along the 6 CXPA disciplines over the past 5 years starting from NPS as driver for change. They will share with us the best practices and challenges of their CX discovery and maturity path (along CXPA framework). With a special focus on all the CX day initiatives that have been run by at least 5 countries every year since 2015
