Richard has over 25 years of delivering great customer experiences for multiple brands, across differing contact channels, from numerous global locations & deploying transformational digital and automotive solutions. Constantly focussed on the customer experience, considering the colleagues responsible for delivering customer service, gaining valuable customer insight and ensuring solutions are fit for customer journeys and customer needs.
