This year's Global CX Day Day is also celebrated by CXPA Hungary. As guest speakers we invited Prof. Dr. Zsófia Kenesei, Head of the Department of Marketing and Communication Science at Corvinus University, and János Klenovszki, owner and CEO of NRC Market Research. We will discuss with the participants the latest research on the maturity of customer experience in Hungarian companies, both from the perspective of companies and customers.
The event will take place in Budapest, at the co-working office Kaptár, between 5-8pm, where we will host our members after the presentations, in addition to networking.
