COVID-19 has created a new world we all must navigate, so let's bring CXPA members together to discuss how we're doing that in our work or personal life. This session will discuss CX’s future whether we’re in lockdown or not. How can business continue their new approaches after 6 months of quarantine, or more, and what “normal” looks like when certain bans are lifted.
This is an informal, member-led conversation to connect and support each other during this time of uncertainty. Please register for one of the three dial-in options scheduled for 8:00am, 12:00pm, or 4:00pm CT to connect with fellow members.
