This will be our most interactive PDX CXPA to date! Many of our Customer Experience Professionals group have said they like it when we brainstorm and share ideas so we thought we would double down on that for July. We’ll run two roundtables, each one is 25 minutes, so you get to take part in both and then we’ll discuss learnings and takeaways in the final 10 minutes. Should be lots of fun, bring your ideas cap, your talking voice and your appetite for great Lucky Lab brews!
Roundtable A: Where are you NOW in your CX maturity as an organization and where do you see obstacles to progressing? (Don't worry, we'll provide some options so you can easily place yourself on the evolutionary curve).
Roundtable B: What do you see on the 3-5 year horizon for CX, considering AI and other evolving technologies?
