Description
Learn about the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) Exam and discuss the formation of a study group to help you prepare.
This planning session is expected to be approximately 30% overview of the CCXP Exam and 70% discussion of study group logistics and expectations.
CCXPs are welcome to come and share their exam experience.

Organizers will be wearing CXPA name badges so you can find us. If possible, we'll also have a CXPA table tent sign.
