Description

This event is the first of its kind in the DACH region. Companies from Germany (D), Austria (A) and Switzerland (CH) have here the opportunity to present their Customer Experience initiatives to a panel of independent CX Experts. In two rounds – written and verbal – the contestants show their work in the field of Customer Experience and receive a feedback report at the end of this amazing journey. During a gala event they stand the chance to get awarded for their entries.

In parallel, we facilitate key notes from CX Experts about trends and best practices in Customer Experience.
