"Doing great CX requires basic civility and trust among customers and company representatives. Building on our February discussion we will explore how we are all coping with what might be described as a growing epidemic of unkindness at work and in society in general. How are you dealing with unfriendly folks, whether they be customers, colleagues, or organizations that we do business with? What countermeasures do you lean on to lower temperatures and restore civil relations?”
