Join your fellow DC-area CX Professionals to network and compare notes on experiences and challenges. This is a new, informal, all-conversation, fast-moving morning meet-up over coffee on a topic relevant to the core concepts and principles of CX as a management discipline. We choose the topic, you choose the anecdotes or questions you'd like to add to the group discussion.

Which department within an organization should "own" customer experience? Where should CX report? Is it sales, marketing, IT, strategy, business development? Somewhere else? What are the pros and pitfalls for each? What have you seen work, and what doesn't work, with CX department reporting structures?

No registration required. Just come at 7:45 AM and order breakfast or coffee. We will begin our chat at 8:00 AM. We will wrap up by 8:45 AM so that our Washington, DC colleagues can get to work on time.
