CXPA Insight Exchange

The CXPA Insight Exchange is the only CX event by members for members. With more than 350 Customer Experience professionals in attendance, the Insight Exchange is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge and your network, share best practices, and discuss current issues and trends in CX.

Customer Spark

This is a new event format that all CXPA Members are invited to attend. This event is focused on best practice presentations by CX practitioners (meaning those who have a CX role inside a company that does not sell CX services or tools). It’s an amazing event. Executive Summit

This is an invitation only event for CX practitioners (those who have a CX role inside a company that does not sell CX services or tools) at the Vice President level and above. Come to a Welcome Dinner, following an all-day event of hosted discussions, networking and innovative problem solving.
