CXPA is seeking members who can provide a 10-minute on-stage Show & Tell session addressing various facets of our profession's role in "Where is the Human in CX?", our 2019 conference theme. Think emotional intelligence, human behaviour, human-centered design, and employee engagement. What experiences or case studies do you have that will help our members learn that they can successfully integrate in their career or organisation?
