As part of the Asset Services team the Customer Experience Director has responsibility for developing and managing the customer experience strategy for 20 Fenchurch Street. They will work closely with LKK to identify current and future needs to acquire, convert and retain tenant customers; to create, grow and enhance community; and to provide a consistent and exceptional experience; as well as inform and provide assistance in developing the overarching customer strategy. Driving CBRE's and the client's commitment to the customer, the Customer Services Director, is accountable for ensuring 20 Fenchurch Street delivers consistent positive experiences across every aspect of the customer journey and will ensure the asset teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge to deliver on this commitment.

The role will be responsible for developing the methodology, processes and structures for the programme, as well as the development of the actual strategy and activity plan.
