    I received an inquiry from Telefonica Brasil--as you can probably guess, they are a Brasilian telecoms company. They are seeking to interview some B2B CX practitioners to gain a better understanding of how companies outside of Brazil are implementing CX.

    As having working experience in AT&T and Verizon in USA, as well as implementing B2B CX programs in telecom companies in the KSA, I can share my experience and lesson learned with them.
