    Hello Boston CXPA!

    I wanted to reach out to all of your as I just joined the CXPA and the Boston group as to introduce myself.  I am from the Greater Boston area yet for the past 2.5+ yrs I have been living in Singapore due to my husband's career. I can honestly say I can not wait to move back to the BEST place on earth.. Boston! I am in such dire need of a Dunkin (a real one), Chowda, Soxs/Patriots, and yes even miss the Snow (Crazy huh?)

    Well about me:  My passion for the past 10+yrs is championing the customer I guess even before CX was such a buzz. I have been involved in the pharmaceutical industry in sales/business development in the Greater Boston area and most recently in Singapore I was Regional Customer Success Manager, Asia Pacific Japan for a leading German Technology Company. I have been an Advocate for kids and adults with disabilities for 18yrs, where I was BOD Co-Chair for the Shrewsbury Special Needs Chapter (affiliate of the MA Special Olympics).

    Thank you for reading a snapshot about me and I look forward in meeting all of you at a networking event and hearing your success stories. I will be moving in July so if there is a meetup in August I will be there. In the meantime feel free to reach out to me and say hello!

    Welcome back to Boston for all the reasons you mentioned, and then some.  I'm the lead dog for the CXPA Boston Network and we would love your attendance and participation at our local events.  We just had a coffee-chat meet-up last week and there will be more to come in addition to the quarterly events we also run.  I'm adding your email information to a separate mailing list we keep so you will be sure to get notified whenever anything significant is going on CX-wise in the Boston area.     Welcome back to Boston.  I too am Boston SuperFan and also in the CX space in Pharma here locally.   I would look forward to connecting and networking when you are back and settled in Boston.   I have also gotten more involved in CXPA locally and have offered to help the "planning team" with upcoming events.   Let's get connected.

    Welcome back and welcome to the local CXPA Boston Community.  We are indeed running and event in August and would love to see you there.  I am co-leading the CXPA Boston Network and we have quarterly events that are more highly organized but also monthly meet-ups on occasion where it's very informal but most informative with regard to CX.  I hope to catch up with you soon at one of our events.

    So excited you are moving back in July, you will just love it. (It's not so hot now.)

    I won't be able to make it, but I hope you can. It's being held in a great office space, right near Fenway Park. You will love it. (You can take the subway and walk there or drive.)

    Welcome home! Look forward to meeting you at the summer social in August.

    It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on how differences in national culture in Singapore vs. the US changed the dynamic around CX and customer success.
