To All Local Boston CXPA Members,
We had a great and energetic conversation today at our March Beantown CX Coffee Chat. These are held every third Thursday of the month at The Caffe Nero in Boston from 8:00 AM to roughly 9:30 AM but sometime even longer depending on people's schedules. Today I was joined by Rich Dorfman from Eastern Bank (one of our local event planning team members) as well as Jim Rose from Intarcia, Tracy Paterson from MOO, and Seth Magaw from Ricoh. Seth was interested in knowing more about the CXPA and reportedly he will become a CXPA member very soon.
These informal monthly dialogs are terriffic ways to network with other CX professionals and get to a deeper level of Q&A because the group tends to be not more than 5 or 6 people. The conversation today covered CCXP certification, organizational and cultural transformation, metrics and measurement, and linkages between CX and business outcomes.
Everyone present was excited to hear about our quarterly event coming up on March 30th and all present were excited enough to register. With a topic like "Does Delighting Customers Really Drive the Bottom Line?" plus a panel comprised of:
Harley Manning, VP & Research Director of the CX Practice, Forrester Research
Shawn Murphy, Global Director, Analytics and Insights, EMC Corp.
Joyce Maroney, Senior Director of Customer Experience & Services Marketing, Kronos
Toby Bottorf, Principal Digital Design, Continuum
this event will surely run at capacity, so anyone interested in registering (and there's still plenty of time) please do so sooner rather than later to ensure you are able to be part of this rewarding breakfast event. There's no cost to attend and parking is provided along with easy access by public transportation.
