CXPA Impact Award Reveal
The main reveal of the program was yet to come -- the results of the CXPA CX Impact Award program. This year, companies submitted case studies that were judged based on their demonstrated positive business impact. Eleven submissions were merited by the judges for their demonstration of proven business impact. Three were heralded as 2024 CXPA CX Impact Award Winners.
