As we enter 2022, we mark the end of service for four CXPA Board Members. We cannot let this moment pass without acknowledging and celebrating the contributions of these four talented CX leaders who have been invaluable in helping to advance the CXPA.

  • Annette Franz, CCXP – Already a recognized speaker and CX consultant when she joined the Board in 2015, Annette continued to excel over the past six years within CXPA and in her professional endeavors. A highlight of her professional accomplishments includes publishing “Customer Understanding: Three Ways to Put the "Customer" in Customer Experience (and at the Heart of Your Business)”. Within CXPA, Annette was instrumental in supporting the development of Core Values for CXPA, business process improvements for the association, and steady, future focused leadership as CXPA Chair during the tumultuous onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Alison Circle, CCXP – A long-time CXPA member known as a CX mentor that willingly shares her passion and knowledge, Alison served for three years with distinction on the CXPA Board of Directors. As a Board member, Alison helped CXPA to always consider the unique needs of those at different career stages and organizations.
  • Brad Smith, CCXP – Brad’s non-stop energy, unique experience, and fresh ways of seeing the world helped the CXPA Board think boldly. Brad also set a high bar for onscreen presence as one of CXPA’s most frequent video contributors, including this piece on CX impact on business decisions.

  • J.C. Paradise, CCXP – J.C. served on the CXPA Board for the past three years concurrent with his role as chair of the CCXP Advisory Committee. A racecar driver in his spare time, J.C. knows how to get results when the rubber meets the road! J.C. collaborated effectively with the CCXP staff, Advisory Committee, Board and certification consultants to keep the CCXP program on a strategic path of growth and continuous improvement. During his leadership tenure, the number of CCXPs increased 65% and grew in recognition as a hiring consideration at leading companies around the globe

CXPA is a by member, for member organization that relies on the gifts of talent and insight of its volunteers. We are exceptionally thankful to Annette, Alison, Brad and J.C. for their Board of Directors service!
