CXPA Celebrates 10 Years 

It's been our pleasure to serve the customer experience community for the past 10 years!

In 2021 CXPA celebrated 10 years of service through education, knowledge resources, an interactive online community and many ways for the CX community to connect. CXPA has evolved from a small, start-up association of 60 members in Boston, Massachusetts in 2011 to a global organization with approximately 4,000 members in 70+ countries.
