CXPA Need to Know for the Week of July 19th

A Fond Farewell

July 22 will mark a bittersweet day for CXPA as we say farewell to staff member Derik Iverson. For the past four years, Derik has been a friendly presence supporting members across the globe. CXPA leader Anita Siassos, CCXP writes, “Derik’s infectious energy and authenticity has been instrumental to building the global community spirit, resources and tools that exist in the CXPA today. Derik is a reminder of what it takes to be an Empathetic Human”.

During his CXPA tenure, Derik has developed new skills and an enhanced interest in the digital aspects of customer experience which he will leverage in his new role supporting digital product development for a Minnesota credit union, where he still plans to be involved with CXPA--this time, as a member. CCXP Advisory Board Chair J.C. Paradise, CCXP reacted to the news of Derik’s departure noting, “I'm reminded that a sign of a great leader is that they develop strong team members who can go off and be leaders themselves. It doesn't make it any easier, but it is a compliment to how CXPA creates career success.” Congratulations Derik – we look forward to watching your continued success.
