CX Mentorship Program

The CXPA was founded to create a safe space for CX professionals to gather, network, ask questions, and learn from each other. There’s no better way to do just that than by participating in our Mentor Match program. All members are welcome to participate as a mentor and/or a mentee, and joining Mentor Match is easy. Simply fill out a brief profile to enroll in the directory of your fellow mentor/mentee participants, then mentees are encouraged to view the profiles of available mentors and approach them to begin a relationship. Previous mentees have called the program “a gift in my life” and mentors express they “learn just as much as they do” during the mentorship. Let’s advance the CX profession together by connecting with a career confidant and to give your professional development the boost it deserves.

Service Design Day is coming up on June 1st. How are you celebrating? CXPA supports the "do good, give back" mission, and working for the greater good with participation from our members and volunteers. Our CX Builds Resilience efforts has new content added regularly from CX thought leaders, to give you and your executives' guidance to not just survive difficulties, but to thrive. Learn more here.

CCXP Testing Center Update

All testing centers closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They are beginning to open again in some places where allowed. The re-opened centers may have limitations. As we receive details, we will share those further, and we are also exploring additional testing options to address these challenges.
