CXPA is proud to announce the founding of the CXPA Latin America Network, an ambitious new multi-national approach to serving the growing interest in CX among 33 Latin American countries.

CXPA member Enrique Saenz, Founder & CEO of Percepciones Centroamerica, S.A, a provider of CX technology tools and program development services, brought the idea forward to CXPA.  “Customer Experience Management Strategy Practice and Knowledge is fundamental for Latin American companies of all sizes to be able to compete in the global market and catch up with US and European companies that are leading in this area,” he says. “We are proud to be joining the best and most respected CX organization in the world to empower CX Professionals in Latin America.”

“We are thankful to Enrique and the volunteer leadership team that he is leading for helping CXPA to take a new approach to Latin America,” says Greg Melia, CAE and CEO of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. “Latin America includes a diverse collection of business communities that can each learn, grow, and benefit from one another and the international community.”

Gianna Risk, a CX professional in the Dominican Republic and member of the CXPA Latin America Network leadership team says that the creation of the CXPA Latin America community will help professionals in the region advance their careers. “This network will allow CX professionals to connect and share valuable content and practices, filling the gap needed to continue to expand the CX field throughout LATAM.”

Raul Rodriguez is CX Latam Director at QuestionPro Latinoamerica and has provided technology solutions and developed strategies for over 25 years. "CX potential in Latin America is huge since most of the companies are in the early stages of really becoming customer-centric," he says. "Having CXPA in the region will offer CX professionals a wide universe of content, which will empower them to continue collaborating to share experience, value, and practical expertise. I'm thrilled to be a part of it."

Peru’s Sebastien Munar, CCXP is Director of B2C CX at G.E.C. and also serves on the CXPA Latin America leadership committee. He says professionals in Latin America now have an online home to effectively collaborate and share solutions to common challenges.  “The pandemic has bridged distances digitally and created a great opportunity to connect with professionals across the continent,” he says. “The CXPA Latin America Network is an ideal platform for professionals who want to share and contribute to a first-class online community. It is also a great chance to bring together practitioners with a passion for customer experience, who speak the same language and who want to empower a global community.”

The community is open to both CXPA members and non-members with the creation of an online account. To learn more about the network and the state of CX in Latin America, we hope you’ll join our live broadcast on Tuesday, March 16th at 5 PM ET taking place on CXPA’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube channels.

2021 Chair Barbie Fink, CCXP reflected on this announcement, saying “With the establishment of this new network, CXPA is demonstrating our commitment to advancing CX in all parts of the world. We look forward to watching the CXPA Latin America flourish, and the growth of the CXPA community in individual countries over time.”
