Building on previously announced partnerships to grow the CX discipline in Asia-Pacific, CXPA is proud to announce a 2021 collaboration with Amigos do CX. Based in Sao Paolo, Brazil and led by Bruno Guimarães, a CXPA member and CX practitioner, Amigos do CX is a non-profit aimed at advancing sound CX practices in Brazil. Guimarães will lead CXPA’s Brazil Network, which will serve as a community for the growing field of CX practitioners in the region.
“I'm very proud and excited to lead the CXPA Brazil network. Brazil is a CX hotspot with great growth potential and opportunities,” says Guimarães. “Having CXPA officially in Brazil will be a game-changer. It will help accelerate CX market maturity and the professional development of our members.”
To deliver on CXPA’s mission of supporting CX professionals to share, learn, inspire, and grow throughout their entire career, board chair Barbie Fink, CCXP, says that it’s critical for the association to nurture strong, collaborative partnerships globally. “Meeting our members and CX Professionals where they are is a key component of our global strategy,” she explains. “As such, our newly forged partnership with Amigos do CX will help to serve CX Professionals in Brazil and will enable the CXPA to expand our global footprint even more.”
In addition to convening virtual events held in Portuguese, CXPA Brazil Network members will be able to join a native-language community for Brazilian CX professionals.
“The fact that Amigos do CX has more than 14,000 followers on LinkedIn is an indication that there is huge CX interest in Brazil,” says CXPA’s CEO Greg Melia, CAE. “We are excited to work together with this community to advance CX. Bem-vindo à CXPA!.”
