CXPA Expands Global Partnerships to Advance CX in India and Asia-Pacific

As CXPA celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2021, Board Chair Barbie Fink, CCXP, says that international growth is a key objective for the association as it continues to promote sound CX practices and methodologies around the world. “As we continue to focus on global expansion for the CXPA, we all need to recognize that the best way for us to learn, grow, and lead is from each other."

Greg Melia, CAE and CEO of CXPA, says that professionals with deep knowledge of the local business landscape are key to global CX advancement. “Great CX is driven by a deep understanding of current and potential customers.  We value the regional expertise of our partners to help us advance the practice of CX."

To realize CXPA’s vision of creating exceptional outcomes inspired by empowered CX professionals, the association has begun and sustained regional partnerships in India and throughout Asia to advance the CX discipline. These partnerships supplement and extend CXPA's commitment to engaging professionals around the globe, including the association’s 62 local networks and global awards partnership with Awards International.

Hehsed Consulting—Asia-Pacific

Led by Founder & CEO Francis Goh, CCXP, Hehsed is a Digital and Innovation company that assists clients in their Digital transformation journey.

Goh is excited to partner with CXPA to advance CX practice throughout Asia. “As organizations begin to ramp up their focus and capabilities to leverage on the insights derived from customers, they will build their differentiating and competitive advantage,” he said. “CXPA shares our vision to empower our clients by utilizing the full spectrum of CX and this partnership will enhance our mutual value and advance our shared cause.”

CXPA is excited to continue its partnership with Terragni Consulting this year. Led by Dr. Anil Pillai, Terragni draws on behavioural science and neuroscience to solve strategic Human Engagement and CX challenges that organizations face.
